主要用于醫(yī)藥、食品及飼料添加劑。是輔酶A的成分，參與碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白質(zhì)的代謝作用，是人體和動物維持正常生理機能不可缺少的微量物質(zhì)。70%以上用作飼料添加劑。
臨床用于治療維生素B缺乏癥，周圍神經(jīng)炎，手術(shù)后腸絞痛。參與蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、糖在體內(nèi)的新陳代謝。
