五、性能：本品為無(wú)色無(wú)味結(jié)晶或白色結(jié)晶性粉末。熔點(diǎn)190℃。1g該品溶于1.7mL水、0.5mL沸水，不溶于乙醇、丙酮。其溶液pH值約8。露置空氣中能失去氨而變成磷酸二氫銨。
六、用途：食品工業(yè)中用作食品膨松劑、面團(tuán)調(diào)節(jié)劑、酵母食料、釀造的發(fā)酵助劑。還可用作緩沖劑。
七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復(fù)合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。
八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫(kù)房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It is colorless crystal white crystalline powder, tasteless. Melting point is 190 ℃. 1g Ammonium Hydrogen Phosphate could be dissolved in 1.7mL water 0.5mL boiling water. It’s insoluble in ethanol or acetone. PH value of its’ aqueous solution is 8. It’ll lose ammonia change to Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate in air.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as food leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, brewing fermentation agent buffering agent.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
