Add ingredients in the order listed while heating to 60 C. Add perfume, color, and pack while hot.
Note: Draize tests at 10% active dilution showed a very mild irritation of the conjunctivae, with clearing on the second day. The Primary Irritation Index was 0.5, indicating a very low degree of skin irritation.
