| 配制方法： |
Heat the mineral oil and Polawax to 60 C with moderate stirring.
Dissolve the sodium hydroxide in water and heat to 45 C. Add the water slowly while stirring, then remove from heat. Continue mixing with a whipping speed and when creamy add fragrance, then fill containers.
Caution: This product contains sodium hydroxide. Packages should warn consumers of the dangers of eye and skin contact. Appropriate precautions should be taken during manufacturing. |
