The phosphoric acid is diluted with some of the water. All ingredients except the hydrogen peroxide (and the Cithrol 4MS in Formula No.2) are heated to 70 C and mixed. The emulsion is then stirred down to 40 C and the Cithrol 4MS is added. It is further cooled to 27 C and the hydrogen peroxide solution added. |
