| 配制方法： |
Put ingredients in Part A into a container and heat to 70-73 C. In another container, put the deionized water and slowly sprinkle in the "Carbopol" resin while stirring with a variable-speed agitator capable of imparting relatively high shearing stress. Stir until the "Carbopol" 941 has thoroughly dispersed and hydrated and no lumps can be seen or felt. Add the ingredients in Part C to Part B and heat to 70-73 C. When Part A and Part B are at 70-73 C, add Part B to Part A while stirring continuously to ensure adequate emulsification. When all of Part A has been added to Part B begin cooling the batch. Add Part D. Cool to 25-30 C and package. |
