Disperse the "Acritamer" in the water, and propylene glycol then heat to 70 C. Combine remaining ingredients except triethanolamine and fragrance, and heat to 70 C. Blend the two phases with mixing. Cool with stirring to 50 C, add triethanolamine. Cool with mixing to 40 C, then add fragrance. |
