The components should be added in the order in which they are listed above. "Rhoplex" B-217 should be diluted before the incorporation of the "Poly-Em" 40. Before addition, the tributoxyethyl phosphate and ethylene glycol should be diluted with an equal amount of water and emulsified with a portion of the "Triton" N-101. The water for this dilution can be calculated as part of the wat er for dilution of the other components. |
