Heat all components in Part A to approximately 60-65 C with mixing.
With continuous agitation, heat Part B to approximately 65-70 C. Add Part A slowly to Part B. When blend is uniform, discontinue heating and add sodium hydroxide. Continue mixing the batch until temperature has cooled below approximately 35 C. Make up any water, dye, and fragrance lost in processing.
Note: The choice and amount of fragrance may alter the viscosity.
