In a suitable vessel weigh Part A and heat to 80 C with agitation.
In another vessel with the capacity to contain the entire batch, weigh water and completely dissolve Cellosize while heating to 80 C. At 80 C slowly add TEA/alcohol blend and mix until uniform, keeping vessel tightly covered. When proper conditions are obtained in both vessels, slowly add Part A to B and mix for 10 min. Start cooling, continuing agitation to 40 C and add Part C. Continue mixing while cooling to 25-28 C and package. |
