| 配制方法： |
Hot Process: Add Viscarin TP 389 to glycerin or glycerin/sorbitol mixture while agitating. Add hot water to bring temperature up to 105 F (40 C). Add benzoate and fluoride after the carrageenan has hydrated.
Add sodium lauryl sulfate and Syloids. Finish process the same as in preceding formula.
Cold Process: Disperse Viscarin TP 389 in half of the glycerin before adding to the sorbitol and water. Mix in Ross mixer for 5 min at a setting of 3.5. Add Syloids and mix at number 5 speed setting for 5 min.
Disperse sodium fluoride, disodium phosphate, color, sodium saccharin.
Add dispersion to mixer and agitate for 5 min at number 3.5 setting.
Add sodium lauryl sulfate and continue mixing for 5 min. Add flavor oil and mix for 2 min. Deaerate before filling into tubes. |
