| 配制方法： |
Heat distilled watr to 90 C. Add "Brij" 35. Add calcium carbonate while stirring very slowly. Hold at 80 C until free of entrapped air.
Melt cetyl alcohol, add, and continue gentle stirring to 65 C..
Discontinue stirring, allow to stand, and cool to room temperature.
Check weight. Add water, q.s. if necessary.
Calcium Thioglycolate/5.40 kg Distilled Water/15.00 kg Calcium Hydroxide/6.80 kg Strontium Hydroxide.8H2O/3.40 kg Cream Base (see above)/69.00 kg Rose Perfume/0.40 kg Add the calcium thioglycolate to the distilled water and mix. Add the calcium hydroxide and strontium hydroxide while stirring slowly.
Pass through colloid mill at close setting. Do not recirculate. If milled mixture is not sufficiently smooth or homogeneous, pass through the colloid mill a second time or even a third time. Combine the cream base and perfume with the milled material. Stir gently but thoroughly until well mixed. |
