While the polyurethane caulk formulations shown above exhibit excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces the use of the following primer solution is suggested to be more assured of really good adhesion to new, smooth aluminum surfaces. This primer can be applied very easily with a paint brush and dries so rapidly that it can be caulked over in a matter of minutes. |
