Mix Cycle in Baker Perkins Mixer: Masterbatch rubber, 1/3 of the oil, and all other ingredients except asphalt. Mix at 180F. After 30 minutes, add remaining oil and asphalt. Mix until thoroughly dispersed then raise temperature to 280F for 30 minutes to effect cure. |
