Carefully disperse the "Carbopol" 934 in the water and neutralize it, following the proper mixing procedure. Add the sodium hydroxide first and then the Ethomeen C-25; Slowly add the oils with vigorous agitation to form an oil-in-water emulsion. Slowly add the latex with gentle agitation. Add the pigment mix and stir to uniformity. |
