Add ingredients in order listed. Add the dicyandiamide slowly and
continue stirring for 1 hr. Separation starts to take place after 3
days. Mild agitation redisperses the system.

Add ingredients in order listed. With moderate agitation, disperse the "Carbopol" resin slowly to avoid lumping. Add the amine rapidly and after 10 min, add the methanol. Thickening will occur with the addition of methanol. The result is a Jello-like rheology. |
