Dissolve the resins in the MEK. Next add the titanium dioxide and amine and ball mill to the desired pigment fineness. Using good agitation, carefully disperse the "Carbopol" 934 in the resin-dispersion. Lastly, combine the water and methanol and add this blend with vigorous mixing. The mixture will immediately thicken. |
