Coat the fiberboard or wood substrate with these compounds using a #36 wire-wound rod. Laminate the vinyl film to the adhesive-coated substrate under pressure and slight heat. Then flash with an infra-red lamp or place in a hot-air oven for 10-15 s. Then allow to dry and cure at room temperature. |
