| 配制方法： |
Disperse the Carbopol in 80% of batch water at room temperature.
Neutralize with aminomethylpropanol. Dissolve Quarternized Acetamide MEA in remainder of water and add slowly to batch with slow sweeping agitation to avoid aeration. Add the Germaben and hydrolyzed Animal Protein with slow agitation. Pre-blend the fragrance and polysorbate-20 and add to batch. With slowest agitation, add the panthenol (and) soy lecithin. |
