Heat the ingredients of Part A to 95 C in a steam-jacketed kettle.
Add the waxes of Part B. Heat the waxes and oils to 110 C while mixing and hold for 15-20 min or until the waxes are in solution. Cool the batch to 95 C and transfer approximately 15 parts to a small pot and maintain heat at 90-95 C. Add the color of Part C to the base in the small pot slowly while stirring vigorously. Continue mixing until all the color is completely dispersed. When all the ingredients have been added to the base material in the pot and completely dispersed, transfer the materials in the pot to the balance of the base in the kettle.
Caution: The material from the pot should be added slowly to the base in the kettle. The material in the kettle should have good top-to-bottom mixing using a Lightnin mixer.
Mixing should continue until the entire batch is homogeneous. The batch can be filled or stored. If stored, polyethylene-lined cartons should be used. A 10-kilo capacity is satisfactory.
