Melt waxes at 85-90 C. Add Liquid Base, IPP, and mineral oil.
Maintain temperature at 80 C. Mill PVP and pigments into molten wax phase. Finally disperse the Timica with low-shear agitation, allow to deaerate, and fill off. |
