Grind the pigments in a blend of Amerchol L-101, Amerlate P, and a portion of the mineral oil. Heat the remaining materials to 85-90 C while mixing slowly. Add the pigment dispersion and continue slow mixing at 85-90 C until uniform and free of air. Cool to 75 C and mold. |
