Dissolve Part A ingredients into the alcohol, adding the water last (slowly) with high-speed agitation. Combine Part b ingredients. Part B must be agitated continuously or pearl will drop out. Then add Part B slowly to Part A with continuous high-speed propeller agitation.
Notes: Ceraphyl 28 imparts nongreasy emollience, silkiness, and water repellency to the skin. Ceraphyl 230 is a branched ester emollient which exhibits dry afterfeel and minimizes "Carbopol roll up." Lustra-Pearl Glimmer is a lustrous pearlescent pigment which imparts shiny sparkles. |
