| 配制方法： |
1. Prime pigments are dispersed in liquid plasticizers by ball or roller milling. Bentone 38 added to a roller mill batch diseasier handling, however, Bentone may be stirred in with the remaining pigments.
2. Pliolite VT and CP70 are dissolved in solvents.
3. Milled pigments are stirred into the resin solution using high speed agitation.
4. Remaining pigments and thickeners are added.
5. Methanol is mixed in to thicken paint.
6. the thickened paint is then added tto the stabilizer in water solution while stirring. This is continued at the proper agitation speed until desired size is obtained. |
