First raise the pH of AIRFLEX 400 to between 9 and 10 with ammonium hydroxide. Then add the emulsifier before combining the two latices. The viscosity of the resulting blend will depend on the concentration of emulsifier used in its manufacture. Combinations of this type produce a hazy film. |
