| 配制方法： |
The above ingredients are slowly stirred into the natural rubber latex in the order shown. The zinc oxide, sulfur, and "Nevastain" B are combined and ball-milled at about 50% solids using a suitable dispersing agent, following the general formula and technique shown for Emulsion Type Adhesive, Formula No.4. The resultant dispersion of these ingredients is slowly stirred into the batch along with the "Neville" LX-685, 125, Resin Solution emulsion, prepared according to Emulsion-Type Adhesive, Formula No.1 Finally the accelerator is added after being diluted with an equal volume of water.
A suggested cure for this adhesive would be 20 minutes at 300F. |
