| 配制方法： |
Dissolve the "Carbopol" in the water at room temperature. Add the remaining ingredients except diisopropanolamine, warm to 45C and mix well. Add diisopropanolamine with agitation to pH 4.5. Avoid any excess of amine. Allow the mixture to cool to 35C with gentle stirring. |
