| 配制方法： |
Add the water phase at 85C to the oil phase at 85C with mechanical agitation and cool with stirring to 40C. Add perfume and continue cooling with stirring to room temperature.
Finished Make-up is prepared by adding 10 or more parts of solids (color, titanium dioxide and talc) to 90 parts of formula. |
