Procedure: Dry-blend the "veegum" and the CMC. Add to water slowly, continually agitating until smooth. Micropulverize c; add to b and mull to a smooth paste. Mix all preceding and heat to 60-65c. Heat d to 70C. Add to mixture and stir until cool.
Directions: For Fluid: Squeeze a small amount onto fingertips and apply to face with smooth strokes.
For cream: Dampen a sponge or a piece of absorbent cotton, squeeze out excess water, and apply with smooth strokes. |
