| 配制方法： |
1. Dissolve the Pramoxine Hydrochloride and Methapyrilene Hydrochloride in 300 ml water and heat to 75 to 80C.
2. Disperse the Methylcellulose in the Glycerin and add to step No.1 with good agitation.
3. Add 1/3 of Antifoam AF Emulsion and cool to 10C.
4. Add 500 ml of water to a mixing container. Add the balance of Antifoam AF Emulsion and Polysorbate 80. Slowly add the Veegum and heat to 80c. Discontinue the heat and mix until smooth and uniform.
5. Adjust the temperature of both solutions to 25C. Add the Methylcellulose solution to the Veegum solution and mix thoroughly under vacuum.
6. Add the yellow and red Iron Oxide to 10 ml of solution and mix well to form a slurry.
7. Pass the slurry through a mill using 150 mesh screen into the main batch with mixing.
8. Add Zinc Oxide and mix well under vacuum.
9. Add water q.s. to make 1000 ml.
10. Pass through a mill and mix thoroughly under vacuum until all the air is removed. |
