Add Part I, excluding Carbopol, to stainless steel container with good agitation (homomixer), and slowly sprinkle Carbopol into solution.
When Carbopol is fully dispersed, continue mixing and add Part III.
Combine all materials in Part II, mix well and add to it the combined portion (I and III). After solution is completely homogeneous, add Part IV and continue mixing. |
