| 配制方法： |
Add the carbopol to the alcohol with fast stirring. Dissolve the allantoin into three-fourths part of the water and add to the alcohol.
Add the diisopropyl sebacate and glycerin. Mix the perfume with the "Tween" 20 and propylene glycol and add to the mixture while stirring fast. Stop stirring to let the air bubbles rise to the surface. Dissolve the diisopropanolamine in the remaining quarter of the water with slight warming. While stirring very slowly to prevent aeration, add the diisopropanolamin solution. Pack in tubes at once. |
