The pH is adjusted to 7.0 with sodium hydroxide. Composition No. 1
is a white pearlescent lotion and it is used in the laboratory as an all
purpose liquid skin cleanser. It is used for washing hands with
satisfactory results. The skin feels supple and well lubricated after
frequent daily washings. Composition No.2 is a modification of A to
impart increased emolliency as well as antibacterial action.

Heat all the ingredients (minus the perfume) to 140F, with mixing.
Cool, adding the perfume at 120F. |
