Mineral oil 65/75 vis./58
Water/Heat all ingredients together but water to 90C. Separately heat
water to same temperature. Slowly add the water to oil phase with
moderate agitation to avoid air entrapment. If gel is not clear continue
to agitate with cooling. Haze will disappear when cooled. Any anionic or
non-ionic medicant can be added to either the water or oil phase
depending on their solubility.
