Mix A and heat with stirring until the hexachlorophene dissolves.
Cool to approximately 30C. Mix B. Heating will facilitate solution of the "IGEPON" surfactant. Be careful not to create too much foam. Allow to stand and cool to break as much foam as possible. Pour A into B as quickly as possible, while B is being mixed at a medium speed. Product may be thin immediately after mixing but viscosity will increase in an hour or more.
This formulation tends to be somewhat light-sensitive and will darken.
It is recommended that it be packaged in an opaque container. |
