Homomixer or similar required. Melt the oil phase together to 75C
and begin homogenizing. Dust in well blended pigment phase, holding temp
at 75C for 20-30 min. Add perfume and stir briefly. Transfer to "Stay
Warm" filler and fill at 65-75C.
This formulation is a good match for the lipstick "pots" currently being
successfully marketed as glossers.

Make colored pigments into smooth paste with the lanolin. Warm triethanolamine and stearic acid gently, stir until reaction is complete. Add waxes, color paste, antimicrobial, and antioxidant, heat and stir until uniform. Stir in pearl pigment. Pour into molds. |
