Heat oil and water phases to 80C. Add oil to water with agitation.
(Add the "Bronopol" solution to the "WSP"-X250, cold.) Cool the emulsion until it is smooth and just begins to get heavy (about 50C). Add the WSP-X250 and "Bronopol" slowly and with very good agitation. Continue cooling to room temperature. |
