| 配制方法： |
Combine all oils and emulsifiers and warm to 70-75C. Combine TEA and water and warm to 70-75C and add to oils with agitation. Cool and continue slow agitation. Add the Carbopol stock solution (acid form) at about 65-70C and continue cooling till nearly solid. Hot fill into jars. |
