use 3 drops 1.0% FD&C Blue #1 to 100 grams #1 Disperse the "Carbopol" 940 in the Alcohol with rapid agitation.
#2 Dissolve the Allantoin in water (2) with heat, and add to #1.
#3 Add the menthol dissolved with heat in perfume and |Tween" 20. Stop stirring to allow air to escape.
#4 Add the Diisopropanolamine, dissolved with heat in water (4), while stirring slowly to prevent aeration. |
