Weigh and add 1 through 11 into a container and begin stirring and heating to 80-85C. Weigh and add 12 and 13 to a separate container and begin stirring. Stir until homogeneous, and pass over a three (3) roll mill twice. Heat CO/TiO2 portion to 80-85C and add to oil/wax portion.
maintain the temperature at 80-85C and continue stirring. Add 15 and stir until thoroughly dispersed. Add 14 and cool to 70-75C. Fill into suitable containers. |
