Weigh and add 8 into a container. Begin stirring. An agitator
equipped with a propeller type stirrer is recommended. Add 1 and
continue stirring until the "Gafquat" is completely dispersed and
hydrated. Begin heating the blend and heat to 65-68C. Add 2 and 7.
Begin cooling the blend and add the remainder of the ingredients at
40-43C. Continue cooling to 25-30C and package.

Weigh and add 1 through 5 into a container; begin heating and stirring. Heat to 70-73C. Weigh and add 6 and 7 into a container; begin heating and stirring. Heat to 70-73C. When the 1-5 blend and the 6-7 blend are both at 70-73C, add the 6 and 7 blend to the 1-5 blend while stirring continuously. Continue stirring and begin cooling. Cool the batch to 40-43C and add the remainder of the ingredients. Continue stirring and cool the batch to 25-30C at which temperature package. |
