Blend and micronize the powder phase. Heat the remaining ingredients to 85-90C while stirring slowly. Maintain heat and stirring until free lumps. Add the powder phase slowly and stir until the dispersion is uniform. Mill or grind. Hold at 85-90C while stirring slowly to release any entrapped air. Continue stirring while cooling to 70-75C. Pour into warmed molds and allow to solidify. Molds should be chrome plated and may be silicone treated to aid release. The filled molds may be chilled to expedite unmolding. |
