Weigh the "oil" phase ingredients (1-7), begin heating and stirring.
Heat to 70-73C. Weigh 13, 11, 9, and 8 into another container and begin stirring and heating. Heat to 70-73C. Add the aqueous phase components which are at 70-73C to the oil phase components. Add the pigments and mix until the pigments are uniformly blended. Add 10 and cool to 35-40C at which temperature add 12. Fill at 25-30C. |
