Mix water and ethyl alcohol, then stir in surfactants. Add talc and stir until a uniform dispersion is effected. Transfer to aerosol containers, crimp and pressurize.
The above formulation can be pigmented for makeup applications. The quick rub-in of the talc with uniform spreading yields a lubricious, nondusting film which makes this formulation suitable for pre-electric shave, surgical glove lubricant and nondusting body or baby talc. |
