Heat "Polycol" 5 and cetyl alcohol to 75C and add water of the same
temperature. Cool to 50; add PVP. When smoothly dispersed, add
"Carbopol" solution and neutralize with diisopropanolamine solution when
uniform.

Sprinkle "Carbopol" in rapidly agitating water. Heat to 70C and add triethanolamine. In a separate vessel, combine all ingredients of Part B and heat to 70C. Add Part B to Part A and vacuum mix until 25C. Add "Dowicil" soln. (Part C) and fragrance (Part D). |
