Sift sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into rapidly stirred water, stir until smooth. Add remaining Part A ingredients with stirring. Heat solution to 65-70C. Mix Part B ingredients; heat Part B to 65-70C. Add Parts A to B with stirring. Stir until cooled to 40C. |
