Mix the "Tergitol" and the water; then add the "Cellosolve." this penetrating solution wets wallpaper quickly, loosening it from plaster or wood surfaces. It is also effective for removing labels from bottles or boxes. The solution is diluted with 6 to 7 parts of water, applied with a brush or sponge, allowed to remain for a minute or two, and the paper removed. A second application is required where two or more layers are to be removed. |
