Heat water and melt the mono stearyl acid phosphate. Cool. Add Polargel T into the vortex of the water. Mix for 15 minutes to assure complete hydration. Add sodium hydroxide and mix well. Mixing after each addition add the sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, and the sodium hyprochlorite. Control temperature at or near room temperature while adding Phase B. Blend with high speed agitation until uniform.
