Dissolve the "Union Carbide" L-45 and the oleic acid in the mineral spirits. Dissolve the "Renex" 20 and the morpholine in 50 parts of the water with mild agitation. Disperse the "Carbopol" 941 in the rest of the water. Add the mineral spirit solution to the "Renex"/morpholine solution with good agitation. Add the dispersion of "Carbopol" 941 and stir to uniformity. |
