To the batch tank, add the water, sodium hydroxide, and DDBSA. At this point, the pH should be greater than 7.0. If not, add more sodium hydroxide. Add to the batch tank in the following order: SXS, ammonium alkyl ether sulfate, "Jordamide" JT-128, "Jorscour" TR, and formaldehyde. Adjust the pH with citric acid and add the remaining ingredinets. |
